Australian Wild Sea Cucumber
Description: Sea cucumbers are marine animals of the class Holothuroidea. They are used in fresh or dried form in various cuisines. In some cultural contexts, the sea cucumber is thought to have medicinal value and used in cuisines.
Diet: Sea cucumbers are scavengers that feed on small food items in the benthic zone (seafloor). Algae, aquatic invertebrates, and waste particles make up their diet. 
Lifespan: 5 to 10 years

A green lip abalone is a  univalve mollusc with a flat, smooth, pale, oval shell, containing a large muscular foot with a vibrant green frill or lip.

Green-lip Abalone brings more depth and stability in taste by utilizing our epoch-making manufacturing method. The finished color is golden along with tenderness and a rich deep taste that surpasses the Japanese dried abalone. It’s beautiful shape assumes heart form and becomes a more beautiful color by cooking.

The meat absorbs flavors well during cooking and is usually paired with simple flavors. Once cut it reveals a beautiful orange color inside.
